Job Description:

The Technology Architect oversees the design and implementation of our technology systems. As a technology architect, you will be responsible for meeting with the Sr. Director of Technology/CFO to discuss
company processes, designing the structure of enterprise level technology systems, integrations, overseeing project implementation and the network infrastructure.

To ensure success as a technology architect, you should have extensive knowledge of enterprise business applications and networking systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage. A
top-class technology architect can design and implement any size system to perfectly meet the needs of the client.

Technology Architect Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Team with design ideas and schematics.
  • Project managing the design and implementation of the system in collaboration with the PMO.
  • Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise.
  • Overseeing all the moving parts of the system integration.
  • Measuring the performance of the upgraded or newly installed systems.
  • Training staff on system procedures.
  • Spearheading software enhancement projects in collaboration with third party vendors and users including testing and implementation phases.
  • Work with third party vendors and the Infrastructure Manager on all network infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.
  • Ensure the network infrastructure is secure.

Mandatory Education and Experience

  • 8-10 Years of Project Management and Information Technology management and supervision
  • Experienced in the use of project management tools and techniques as a technical architect.
  • Ability to use open-minded problem-solving techniques to address end user needs in part by seeing beyond the specific expressed need.
  • Experience with Software as a Service such as NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Dell-Boomi, Office 365 including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience with software integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and all end-users.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Information Technology/Systems, or other relevant area.
